Self check in with a pre-issued 6 digit code for the smart lock on the front door. Guest will receive the code on the day of check-in.

Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new KitchenAid appliances, cooking pots/pans, utensils, dinnerware, wine glasses, coffee cups, tea, propane stove, coffee maker, coffee grounds, food ninja, toaster, electric hot water kettle, filtered water and ice maker from the refrigerator.

There is a large back deck with a lake view; rocking chairs and small tables to place your drinks. There is a sun shade covering the deck; there is also a small deck adjacent to the kitchen for grilling (Weber grill with propane connected), a firepit by the lake with 4 chairs around the firepit; a large boat dock for guests to access. 

We supply a first aid kit in the kitchen and there is a fire extinguisher on each level. We inspect the smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector before each guest's check in. The house has a full house security system that is monitored 24x7. 

The house is a family home and it is child friendly; parents/guardian must accompany any minors when they are outside of the house, especially when minors are near the water and firepit.

Yes, we accept dogs of any size, up to 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must always be on the leash. 

No events, parties or large gatherings are allowed. 

No smoking including ecigarette inside the house is allowed. 

We have 1 GB fiber Internet at the house, strong Wifi signals throughout the house.

Our very different backgrounds bring lots of fun into our lives! I was born and raised in Inner Mongolia while my husband Jay has his root in the north of Detroit area. We are now a family of 5, my daughter who now lives in CA, my mother-in-law, and our two golden doodles. <br />

We are pretty easy going and we enjoy meeting new people on our adventures. Our favorite things to do are home improvement projects, tennis, golfing, and traveling. We adore our two golden doodles. It is not always easy to find a pet friendly place when we travel with them all over the country, so we made Coeur d'Alene, our rental home, a pet friendly place.       <br />
